Saturday Session: The Temperaments & Eurythmy

Our next Steiner Saturday Session is on supporting children (and ourselves) through an understanding of the temperaments! This month we have a visiting facilitator offering a fantastic workshop on the four Temperaments and Eurythmy.

This is not to be missed if you are at all interested in understanding your child and people in general, or if you would like to learn some of the real fundamentals of understanding and working with people in a Steiner/Waldorf context.

Some words from our lovely workshop facilitator:

On Saturday we are going to engage with the four temperaments of the human being through interactive and lively observations, movement, conversation and self reflection.

We all are aware of the four seasons- winter, spring, autumn and summer- and the four elements - earth/mineral, air, water, warmth/fire. In this workshop I will unlock these aspects in relation to us as individuals, in search for what lives in us as our predominant temperament. My intention is to guide us into a new understanding of a hidden realm of who you are and the importance of the possibilities of the transformation of yourself.

How can we find out which element/season of a temperament we belong to as an individual? What are the strengths and challenges with our own element/season of a temperament? Why is it important to observe, recognise and use new learning about the four temperaments.

Looking forward to seeing you!

Warm greetings,

Susanne
